Before anything changes, we notice what's actually happening. Not what should be happening — what is genuinely true, right now, in your body and your life. This is quieter and more revealing than it sounds.

I know what it feels like to not recognise yourself. To do all the right things and have your body simply not respond the way it used to. To sit with that quiet, persistent exhaustion — not just physical, but the exhaustion of trying. Of conflicting advice. Of starting again on Monday.
I'm a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach — but more than that, I'm someone who has been in the middle of exactly this. Not looking in from the outside. Not standing at the finish line. In it.

The philosophy is that what has cracked, and how it has been repaired, becomes the most beautiful and defining part of the whole. I think we are the same. The things we've struggled through, the parts of ourselves that feel worn or unfamiliar right now — these aren't flaws to fix or erase. They're where the gold goes.
I don't have all the answers. I'm learning, adjusting, being honest about what's working and what isn't — and sharing it as I go. What I do have is training, a genuine framework, and an absolute conviction that what most women are missing isn't more information. It's someone in their corner who actually gets it.
